Biography
Nicky's career within the entertainment industry began at an early age. After formal Dance and Drama training at both The Royal Ballet School and later at The London Studio Centre, she embarked on a professional dance career that saw her perform across the UK and Europe in Theatre, TV and Film. After many successful years as a Professional Dancer, Nicky retired from the dance world and now focuses her career as an Actress, Presenter, Voiceover artist and Commercial Model.
Her credits include TV commercials for Matalan, British Seniors, Verisure, Hammonds Furniture, Princes Tuna, United Carpets and Beds, DFS, Harvey's, The Daily Mirror, Betfred, Toys 'R' Us', Warren Federal Credit Union (USA) and Furniture Row (USA). Her TV Drama credits include Coronation Street (ITV), Last Tango in Halifax (BBC), Utopia 'Janey' (Channel 4), Shameless 'Uzma' and 'Ellen' (Channel 4) and Emmerdale (ITV).
Her corporate work includes training videos for Marks & Spencer, Curry's PC World, Lloyds Bank, Procter & Gamble, United Utilities, Edward Jones (USA) and Vital Learning (USA). Her commercial modelling credits include campaigns for Go Outdoors, K and Co, Sprayway, Marshalls Driveways, SCS Furniture, Dulux Paints, Pink Lady Apples, Weight Watchers and Pearle Vision (USA).
A highly experienced Presenter, Nicky has presented numerous TV Commercials, Corporate and Online videos as well as Fashion and Business Events throughout the UK. She can easily turn her hand to different presenting environments, working from scripted, interview style, autocue or ear prompt.
